My Favorites!!

Remember back on the first page when I said my goal was for you to take something away from my site to add to your beautiful life? Well here is your last chance to do just that. I have assembled some of my favorite things to share with you. It may be a meme that helped me through a tough time or even a book that has inspired me. Just peruse this page and please take away something that can help make your day brighter!

10% Off Aesthreadics Belts

10% Off Aesthreadics Belts

I had needed a new belt for quite some time. You all know the “Old Faithful” leather lifting belts. They last forever, but eventually need replacing. While doing my research on belts I ran across Aesthreadics Belt Company. I liked the pricing, I liked the customization of the belts so thought I’d give them a try. My new weight belt arrived and I was pleased beyond measure as it exceeded my expectations by far. Take a look at their website (no I am NOT sponsored by them) and click AGF below for 10% off. FYI: Their customer service is absolutely amazing.

We all gain our knowledge from somewhere, be it a course we took, a book we read or a seminar we attended. Layne Norton has an amazing wealth of knowledge in this industry and if you are going to try and go it alone for contest prep I assure you that there is not a better way to prepare yourself than to buy this ebook from Layne. This is another case of please thank me later.

Cannot do without!

Whey Protein Isolate

This is a VERY clean protein powder that I cannot and will not do without. I will not post all the details. Feel free to click on the picture for more info. You’ll LOVE it!!

Reload V5

This is more for recovery, but again I simply cannot live without it. Just click on the picture for more info!

MorphoCALM

At age 50 my cortisol levels can go thru the roof. This has helped me more than I can tell in a simple sentence. Again, click on the picture for more info or shoot me an email as to why I take it.

Magnesium Calm is a daily staple in my routine. If you sweat a lot when doing cardio or working out then you are more than likely sweating out a lot of your body’s magnesium and should supplement it somehow. Magnesium nitrate has been known to cause loose stool so if you’re constipated this will help you tremendously. I do 2 teaspoons before bed since it also has a relaxing effect and not only does it help me sleep but it also helps keep me regular!

CytoGreens

Cytogreens- This is one of my daily go to’s. I love this product because due to a lot of gut issues including the dreaded bloat I have a hard time  eating all of my veggies.

We all know how important veggies are to get in our micronutrients so this is my go to.

How I use it is on workout days I mix the Acai Berry flavor in with my preworkout and it really makes a yummy treat.

On my rest days I mix the Chocolate Flavor with my iced coffee and a tablespoon of protein powder and its AMAZING!!

Try it for yourself and be sure to let me know what you think!

Omega-3 + Vitamin E Support

I have researched to the ends of the Earth on all the different fish oils and this is the one I have settled on and will continue to purchase. These are made by a good friend of mine John Gorman. He has an absolutely amazing line of supplements. Check the entire line out at Phat Muscle

Love, Love, Love

I do not eat hardly any processed foods but I can say that this is an absolute staple in my every day meal prepping. Sold at Target it comes in several flavors but absolutely amazing.

Creatine

CREATINE monohydrate is one of the most highly researched and reputable sups on the market.
It can
-increase lean body mass
-increase strength
-improve performance

How to take it and dosing
-3 to 5gms daily indefinitely
-use creatine monohydrate
It can be recommended to load creatine at a dose of 15-20gms for the first week followed by 3-5gms indefinitely but I’m not a huge fan of this method if you haven’t taken creatine previously as it can cause GI distress in some.
