COACHING

I am an International Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer. I coach both men and women who are looking to compete in fitness competitions. I also coach both men and women who are simply looking to lose a few pounds, get back in the gym or in general just want to live a healthier lifestyle. I am an OCB approved Coach. ACTIVEWEAR

As a Coach and personal trainer living here in Florida I live in activewear year round (literally). I have tried all the brands and all the different styles and have found a line that is right for me and I hope you as well. Please take a peek in my “Activewear” section.

MY STORY

“My Story” is just that. It is my journey to where I am in the Fitness industry today. We all have our own, but I hope that by sharing mine that it can inspire someone to overcome their own personal difficulties whatever they may be.
